Panasonic VIERA TC-P55GT30 55-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV

I have had this Plasma TV from Panasonic for a few weeks now and it has been great. Best picture and color performance I have experienced. I previously had a Straight talk samsung 37 inch LCD which was a pretty good TV. The Panasonic is better in most respect. My wife loves the 3D characteristic and that’s saying one thing because we are older folks. Unit is wall membrane mounted and a nice Panasonic VIERA TC-P55GT30 piece of furniture as well. It’s seeming limitless changes, far too many for us to comprehend and use. The only drawback is that all of the cable connections are on the rear in the set and a tiny hard to get to, but that is understandable given it’s minimal depth, a good articulating mount covers that will shortfall. 3D eyeglasses are a bit high priced but they are coming down. On the whole we are completely pleased with this purchase from Amazon . com.

Samsung PN51D7000 51-Inch 1080p 600Hz 3D Plasma HDTV

I’ll make this small since many others have written longs reviews previously. I spent a good embarrasing amount of time researching this and alot of occasion setting my space up for it, in order that it could have been very dissapointing. We have had it about a week and am undertaking the “break in” with the slideshow between watching periods. IMO, this is the best Television value right now * of course this is qualified by the fact that it is a Next year TV, but there are still plenty to be had. In brief, here is what I have informed about “issues” other people have: Humming: not a problem at all : you have to be right up on top of the TV to hear anything and it is pretty quiet even then. Display screen peeling: no issue – Samsung fixed this mid Next year I think. Picture: remarkable. Everyone whining regarding brightness should just receive an LED and experience how washed out most of them look how much more high-priced they are. Blacks work most effectively – similar to the high-end Panasonics and the Sharp Elites. The majority of the other TVs around don’t even come near with the possible different of the Samsung Eight thousand series LEDs. We now have it in a very brilliant room and have a number of refelctions during the day, but practically nothing the TV can’t overcome. If you want to watch Darkish Night during the core day in a warm room, then absolutely no TV out there PN51D7000 is going to look good. 3D (not really a buying point personally): pretty cool, but haven’t watched any kind of native 3D however (only 2D-3D). No difficulties with crosstalk or brightness. Watch out for delivery. It was a nightmare for us. The 1st unit was provided with a cracked cell (the ENTIRE panel ended up being cracked) and it had taken about 4-5 HOURS on the phone with Amazon and three delivery companies for you to straighten it out. Amazon online was great as well as the delivery companies have been clueless. In the end, there were to buy a second TV and return the very first (no exchange). Main point here – the TV is great and I hope the idea lasts for a long time.

Toshiba 46WX800U 46-Inch 1080p 240 Hz Cinema Series 3D Ran TV

I have had this TV since March. Your support that Toshiba does by keeping the actual firmware up to date is extraordinary. Other manufacturers won’t push out just about any updates once a technique is released. This Tv set i get firmware updates each and every few weeks Toshiba 46WX800U that just improve the functionality of the TV2. The latest one produced the Netflix plug-in flawless, it is not just immediate Queue anymore, is full Netflix program.

At fist once i bought this Television it did take time to turn on, nonetheless they released a firmware fix that cut your boot up amount of time in about 1/2. Its regarding 6-8 seconds for the image to turn on then your rest of the Net stuff boots up.

The photo of the TV is really good. I had any 50 inch DLP, that we loved, and this blew the colors away. The spider people talk about can there be in very darkish pictures, but honestly it doesnt bother me. I watch LOTS of DVD’s/Blu-Ray’s/NetFlix/Vudu movies and play all types of video games PS3, XBox360, Wii. Lots of ghosting has not meddled one bit. If you are looking for flawless you need to spend much more than the 1199 that this TV is selling for.

I have played around while using 3D some, my partner and i watched Partly Non-sunny with a Chance of Meatballs and yes it added quite a bit of degree to the picture yet didn’t jump away at you. (At 46 inches you cant expect the picture to jump out there at you like it does at the large cinema). There was minor Animations ghosting, but training in this review archipelago can help fix it considerably. The best thing about the 3 dimensional was playing Killzone3 on the PS3, it adds another element of game play that just brings out the sport even more.

Samsung UN22D5003 22-Inch 1080p 120Hz Extended HDTV

Posted on February 23rd, 2012 in Uncategorized by admin

I’m thrilled with the Tv set itself, except for the fact that it’s smaller than I expected. There’s merely one major problem, however. When I purchased this, Amazon had it listed as 120hz. Despite reviews declaring otherwise, I believed that Amazon would no less than be dependable in their merchandise title/description. The fact that now it is listed since 60hz is incredibly annoying. I could have got gotten a greater 1080p tv for the similar price, yet purposely gone for this Samsung UN22D5003 1 because of the intended refresh rate. Now Tv set9 prices have gone back up because it’s after black Friday, and I’m left with an item that’s not the same as the one I had been promised. Thanks a lot,

Sony BRAVIA KDL55NX810 55-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D-Ready Extended HDTV

Posted on February 23rd, 2012 in Uncategorized by admin

I just selected this Sony BRAVIA KDL55NX810 Television set up a few weeks ago and have already been blown away because of it every day considering that. The picture high quality is jaw-dropping beautiful. Plasma does not even look this excellent. The Animations is Incredible!!!!! I was somewhat skeptical at first since there is no lot of Three dimensional content available yet, yet, honestly the 3D television’s have come along so much these days that they are simply the same value as no 3D television’s. The only pitfall of the Television set9 is the sound, it’s pretty vulnerable, but I would certainly recommend getting a surround technique with a TV this size anyways. I’ve not connected it to the internet however but its some thing I will be doing in the next few months, so I are unable to comment on their internet high quality just yet. That is by far the very best TV That i’ve ever owned and i also usually purchase Samsung, yet after this buy I think I’m going to be a Sony customer again.

Panasonic VIERA TC-P42X3 42-Inch 720p 600 Hz Plasma HDTV

Posted on February 22nd, 2012 in Uncategorized by admin

All I can have to say is that I love our purchase. The price was obviously a big deal for me on the other hand wanted quality then one to watch sports and also action movies. We’ve it in a bright room so it is equipped with some glare issues because my wife likes the truly great outdoors and the glass windows and slider don’t have window coverings. The picture can be bright enough regarding daytime viewing. Through TC-P42X3 the night the picture is spectacular. Even though it is only 720p I’ve no complaints. A possible problem is going from our0 new TV and new Panasonic blue-ray to our2 old sound system. I recieve a low frequency irritating buzz now that pushes me nuts. They have RCA analog out on your blue-ray but not the TV. My goal is to try a digital url and see if that helps. My old recipient does not have a high-definition multimedia interface and I am not really ready to upgrade my after top of the line Denon…. I’m pretty sure the sound concern is just a problem with my personal setup, the tv actually sounds pretty respectable after playing with the sound settings. I’ll update once I figure it out. Overall for the price and bang for that buck, you can’t beat the plasma. If funds was no object I’d personally spend the extra Two thousand for a high end led/lcd for a real bright space. Then again even if cash was no object I don’t generally stay inside of watching TV when the sun is intense.

Sony Bravia KDL-55HX729 55-Inch 1080p 3D Passed HDTV

We searched this Tv set hard, and had placed a purchase order with a company in northern NJ determined by their price tag and speedy delivery. 3 weeks later we had arrived still ready and the organization was being below honest around. They had offered COD that we readily recognized since I didn’t know much concerning this company. After i called to cancel the transaction, they were not impressed with COD order placed, and I inquired them in case my Tv set8 would have came if they had my cash in hand. I then checked about Amazon, determined their price tag even better. Common delivery was great and now we received it earlier than predicted.

We are delighted with every factor of this Television from setup, connection to cellular router, and exquisite picture (ok, not so satisfied with the sound, but all of us expected might bought a The home Sony Bravia KDL-55HX729 theater system which usually works great.

Samsung UN32D6000 32-Inch 1080p 120Hz Ran HDTV

I was originally seeking to get the 40″ LED model, but settled on this specific size because I needed something that could fit nicely UN32D6000 onto my bookcase. I have to say I will be very pleased with this arranged and it is plenty large enough for where I’ve it.

Installation guidelines were clear along with installation was simple and easy. Only tool needed to attach the furnished stand was a screw driver. The supplied stand is well made, wide, and heavy. The display screen doesn’t wobble when affixed.

After a few set-up food selection (use settings, time/date, and so on.) the TV is ready to get. This was great because i was excited to start out playing my PS3 on it right away.

The truly great things is that the fall behind brightness — for your home kitchen — was nearly great for playing video games. Often on the market, they put the units too bright as well as contrasty as a sales technique. So, don’t be surprised if the settings appropriate for you are not as bright because you saw in a retailer.

The colors, dynamic assortment, contrast, and 120Hz refresh rate is excellent for modern day HD movies, sporting activities, and fast-paced gaming. There is a visible difference between 720p as well as 1080p as well as the 60Hz and 120Hz. The bigger resolution will give you crispier, more detailed images along with the faster refresh costs reduce or eliminate spider. Of course, to take total advantage of all these features, you will need your inputs to get HD and via an HDMI cable.

The actual speakers provide very good sound, but it is not necessarily rich-sounding due to the very small woofers. However, you can’t expect fantastic sound from this sort of small speakers.
Thank goodness, there are a ton of ports on this set to meet your entertainment wants. At first I didn’t just like the side-mounted ports, but since this unit can be mounted practically flush with the wall, I got over it.

I favor the use of LEDs since it uses less energy, reaches full settings faster, and still provides great contrast.

LG 50PW350 50-Inch 720p 600Hz Active 3D Plasma HDTV

Posted on February 21st, 2012 in Uncategorized by admin

This Television far exceeded my objectives. As many other folks have known, I as well was interested in the fact that this TV had not been 1080p. My mom and dad own a Panasonic Viera 1080p plamsa, and I would likely say, nevertheless, that this Whirlpool plasma is extremely close in quality. I thought which images couldn’t survive as crystal clear and highly detailed as I needed them to, on the other hand soon found out that I was wrong. From the comfortable watching distance of 7 or so ft, this Television looks remarkable. The detail in heroes of motion pictures and games is also remarkable. I jumped in my Character Blu-ray and I was immediately earned over. The actual contrast between the lights and also darks is great, and the black ranges are very good, which is predicted from a plasma tv’s. The 600hz invigorate rate and fast result time help make everything clean, especially with sporting activities and video gaming.

The only problem that we have with this TV would be the fact it does not create a good Personal computer monitor. Anytime it is associated with a Tv set, the ancient resolution helps make the desktop search a little large and mis-shapen, but when playing games in the PC towards the screen, points look great. Additionally it is nice how the monitor need the 1080p feedback from my gaming consoles and also PC, therefore those search amazing as well.

The Three dimensional games look fantastic, but I are not able to yet comment on the quality of Three dimensional movies. Nonetheless, because of the great 3-D games, I might have to suppose a Three dimensional movie would be just as extraordinary. The 2D to Animations conversion looks a little gimmicky, nevertheless it does increase depth for a favorite demonstrates and movies. My spouse and i still like the 2D in which to stay 2D although.

Overall, An excellent opportunity this plasma tv’s. For the price and 50PW350 the inclusion of 2 totally free pairs regarding glasses (when I bought it nonetheless) this cope cannot be usual. Excellent seem from the on-board speakers and equally amazing photograph make me happy that I ordered this tv.

LG 42LK520 42-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV

Posted on February 21st, 2012 in Uncategorized by admin

Full disclosure: I got one of these simple in the great Best Buy New Year’s Event website price error fiasco, so the undeniable fact that I paid just over two hundred bucks pertaining to mine may be color my review relatively.

This TV features great features and a great picture. My sole complaint was your lousy setup recommendations. It’s one of those offers where they try to generate one manual help every model you can purchase, so you do a large amount of looking around for the information you need. It’s also poorly explained and illustrated, which makes it somewhat tough to discover how to put the darn thing on the stand. LG 42LK520 The only other thing I didn’t like was having less any audio output jack other than one of those TOSlink things. Would have been great to have a headphone port to make it easier to connect external speakers/amps. (UPDATE: due to commenter M. Duhamel for indicating that this TV will have a headphone jack on the side panel. I need to be getting blind inside my old age, because My partner and i missed it completely) The actual onboard sound is fine, but it’s nothing to create home about. My spouse and i figure I’ll possibly wind up buying one of those home theater sound systems that have TOSlink built in.

Fantastic connectivity – 3 HDMI ports, a pair of component video advices, two composite video clip inputs, VGA input so you can connect a computer. Also offers a USB port that allows you to display photos or videos on the TV simply by inserting a usb drive or joining an external hard drive. (could have issues with some less common CODECs)
